Sarah coached me through a challenging crossroads in my life where I had felt stuck for years. I knew that I had to make a difficult decision about who I wanted to be and how I was going to get there, but I never dreamed that these decisions could be made in so few coaching sessions! Sarah’s coaching allowed me to feel confident and inspired by my decisions. Her practical tools have also stuck with me, helping me to feel more confident, caring and more like the person I want to be. Her warm and understanding nature also made these sessions feel like I was just talking to a friend.

I have had the opportunity to work with Sarah as my health coach for the past year. She has been great in helping me to move away from a "should" mindset and focusing on breaking down my moon shots to more achievable goals, so I could make it! She is a great listener, goal oriented and keeps me accountable to my plans. I have seen myself evolving how I spend my time and focus to be more productive by working with her!
